How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope: personal and corporate sites typically take 2–4 weeks, e-commerce projects 4–8 weeks. For custom software, we set the timeline together with the scope. In our first conversation we give you a realistic date — and we stick to it.

How does pricing work?

We define the scope together first, then quote a fixed price for that fixed scope. No surprise line items along the way; if the scope changes, we update the price together. The proposal and the first consultation are free.

Who will I be working with throughout the process?

You work with the same core team from start to finish. There's no layer of middle managers — you talk directly to the people designing and building your product. Decisions don't get lost, and communication flows through a single channel.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We don't hand off and disappear. With a maintenance agreement, we stay by your side for monitoring, security updates, and content and feature improvements. We stand behind every piece of work we produce.

We already have a website or store — do we have to start from scratch?

Not necessarily. We first audit your existing setup and report what should be kept and what should be rebuilt. If a platform migration is needed, we manage it without losing your products, customers, or SEO equity.
